Refund Policy
At RebuyIT, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for our customers. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
Refunds are only processed if a replacement is not possible.
If the product you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, and a suitable replacement is unavailable, we will process a refund after verifying the issue.
1. Return Conditions
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original accessories, packaging, and documentation.
- Any missing components may affect eligibility for a full refund or result in a deduction.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Contact our customer support team through phone, email, or our Contact Us form.
Once your return request is confirmed:
- We will schedule a reverse pickup and inform you of the date and time.
- If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may self-ship the product to us. In such cases, we will reimburse your courier expenses upon submission of a valid courier bill.

3. Replacement & Alternate Product Policy
- Replacement Timeline: All approved replacements are processed within 2–3 business days from the date of product receipt and inspection.
- Refund Timeline: In cases where a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of approval.
- Alternate Product Option: If an exact replacement is unavailable, we will offer an alternate product of similar or better specifications and equivalent value.
- Partial Refund Clause: In rare scenarios where neither a replacement nor an alternate product can be arranged, we will issue a 50% refund of the original invoice amount as a final resolution. This clause applies to discontinued products, out-of-stock items, or products no longer supported by the manufacturer.
