For international buyers, we use registered international courier services or international speed post for all shipments. Domestic orders are shipped via registered domestic courier services or speed post.
Orders are typically dispatched within 4-5 days or as per the agreed delivery date at the time of order confirmation. Delivery times are subject to the courier company’s or postal service’s schedules. RebuyIT is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or postal services but ensures that shipments are handed over to the courier or postal authorities within the specified timeframe.

Report any issues within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@rebuyit.in, including images of the product and packaging, for the following reasons:
Refunds are only processed if a replacement cannot be arranged. Returns must be unused and include all accessories.
To initiate a return, contact customer service via phone, email, or our web form at https://rebuyit.in/contact-us/. Once your request is confirmed, we will arrange a reverse pickup and notify you of the date and time. If reverse pickup isn’t possible, you will need to ship the product back to us, and we will reimburse courier charges as per the bill of document. Please inform us of shipping before sending the product to support@rebuyit.in.
Replacement processing time is 2-3 days, and refunds take 7-10 working days.
